Delete your account

How to request deletion

Email hello@paizy.in with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address on your Paizy account. If you sign in by phone, include that mobile number.

We may need to confirm your identity first, so nobody else can close your account. We respond within 30 days.

What you can remove right now

• Paizy AI chats: delete any conversation from Past chats in the app. It is removed from your account straight away.
• Profile photo: remove it from your Profile in the app or on the web dashboard. Your initials show instead.
• Notifications: turn off Paizy notifications in your phone’s settings at any time.

What we delete

When your account is closed, we delete or anonymise your account details, profile, Paizy AI conversations, device details and app usage linked to you.

What we may keep

Some records must be kept for a period set by law, for example KYC, credit report and account records, and security logs. We keep only what the law requires, for only as long as it requires, and then delete it. Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep each kind of data.

If you have an amount outstanding on a Paizy credit product, it must be repaid before the account can be closed.
